Sometimes I have to move a part of a thread to another board. After moving the first post of the new thread still has got the [re: Username] link after the subject line.
It would be great, if this link would still point to the original thread, where I cut it off.

The presence of the [re: Username] link is actually a bug. The w3t_Posts.B_ParentUser column was not getting cleared when a branch of a thread was moved. In 6.1, that's been fixed, so the [re: Username] link is no longer present.

why not leave the [re: Username] link to the original thread intact?
